Our Company
Originally known as Chuckanut Cheesecake (since 1992), we have recently changed our name to Chuckanut Bay Foods. Our philosophy is based on the unbeatable flavor and uncompromising quality of our made-from-scratch cheesecakes.
Inspired by the magnificent beauty of Chuckanut Bay, our product lines feature the freshest ingredients from surrounding farms and dairies. Our product lines have grown to include tiramisu and tres leches, and a recently introduced line of gourmet muffins, scones, cookies and brownies.
Chuckanut Bay tries to use the most natural ingredients as possible. For example, we use real, locally produced butter, not margarine and real vanilla, not artificial vanillin. Our products are handmade from scratch, not highly processed or manufactured. We do this by using a well-trained and experienced team of bakers for all of our production. Even though this is a more expensive way to produce cheesecake, we feel the tastes and appearances of our products are worth it.
